OCTS is closed

The unique feature of workshops at the OCTS is that they are broadcast on an interactive network using Access Grid technology. You do not have to come to Columbus to be a full participant in an OCTS workshop! If you have an access grid facility at your institution you can be a full participate in all the discussions and present your work remotely. There are currently over 200 access grid installations and you can check to see if there is one near you at the Access Grid website.

We strongly encourage participation over the access grid for both speakers and participants. The conferences will be held in the Smith Conference and Access Grid room in the Department of Physics Research Building.

Anyone that has an access grid room near them and is interested in participating over the access grid should contact OCTS.

Additionally, OCTS is eager to work with academic units on campus to help with their endeavors. If you are interested in collaborating for a workshop, conference, lecture or academic course, please contact the center for further discussions.
